Viral Cottage Cheese Tacos

Breakfast tacos are offically on the roster! High protein and low carb tortillas that are super easy to make and super delicious 😋

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Cottage Cheese

  • 1 egg white

  • Salt/Pepper

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • Chilli Flakes

  • Chives

  • 15ml Sirarcha

Method

Step 1


Preheat the oven to 200C and line a baking tray with paper.


Step 2


Combine the cottage cheese and egg white in a bowl and spoon into two taco shapes on baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 200C

*tip: half-way through patt off the excess liquid and reshape into tacos - then let them fully cool before taking them off the baking paper.


Step 3


While your tacos are cooking, make your eggs and prepare your avos and toppings. Enjoy!
